No, there isn't, but the matter is under discussion. It will be years before the concerned parties will ever agree on a flat rate for various parts of Paris.

www.worldtaximeter.com is a good site to get an idea on METERED taxi fares. You can print out your route/price and show it to driver for his ok. If you want a flat fare ask if one is available BEFORE you get in.

I guy on my plane said he paid 70E from Montparnesse as traffic was bad. I take the Blue line RER, We even got to sit the whole way as Metro ridership was so down to CDG.

My wife and I paid 43 Euros last year on a Saturday morning at 9.30am when the traffic was moderate.
