Re: Parishuttle
I need advice on Parishuttle. We're 3 travelling so it will be more practical than taking a taxi. Isn't Parishuttle still pretty reliable except for the one traveller whose driver was late and tried to fit too many passengers into their van?

Or is there a more reliable shuttle company? Thanks.

I'm curious why three people make the shuttle more practical than a taxi. I thought three was the magic number of the greatest taxi savings, since many don't take four, but three travel for the price of one -- unlike a shuttle where you pay for three tickets. What am I missing here?

Hey that guy who you mentioned was me! Parishuttle is not a bad way into the city. They are about the same as any shuttle service in the US. Remember this is not a private limo service!

The service is good, and I have also waited over 45 minutes and traveled in crowded vans in NY, San Francisco and Los Angeles!

With 3 people a taxi may be cheaper....

Richard,

Thanks for the advice, but do you know how much the taxi would cost for 3 including 3 pieces of luggage? I thought they were more expensive and more of a hassle than a van.

I looked on a websight for a hotel in Paris and they say 35-40 euro.

Thanks Richard.
