Ravello Hotel Recommendation
 

So we are in Ravello early September and are currently holding a booking at Hotel Rufolo and Villa Amore. Villa Amore is more reasonable but I don't know that the location is great. Hotel Rufolo has a pool and better location and as we are there for four nights I like the idea of the pool if we want to just a complete morning or day of doing nothing. Just wondering if anyone has experience with either of the two hotels. Thanks, as always!

It's hard to beat the location adjacent to Villa Rufolo; I hope you're getting tickets for the Ravello Music Festival while you're there. CAn't help you with the actual lodging, as we always stay at La Casa de Vania, a lovely b&b.

Thank you very much for that. It appears that the music festival will be over by the time we arrive on the 6th but thanks just the same.

Oh that's too bad; they usually have a chamber music series after the big outdoor venue closes; it's at a 16th century church down the lane from the Villa Rufolo. Check it out if interested! 🎶
