rail timetable help

Can somebody read the schedules better than I? I will be in Lauterbrunnen in July, and will be traveling to Paris from there.

Question--can I get from Lauterbrunnen (first train leaves at 600) to Bern in time to catch the train to Paris? Three months ago, I think the answer is yes, but I am afraid the schedules have changed. If someone could help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

The train schedules in Switzerland (and most of Europe) may change June 16.

Here's a link for the Lauterbrunnen/Bern time schedule, departs at 06:05, arrives at 07:33 http://gofasc.sbb.ch/hafasre2/Timetable

Looks like one hour between arrival in Bern and departure for Paris, departs Bern at 08:32 arrives Paris Gare Lyon at 13:21 http://www.raileurope.com/cgi-bin/fs...=97&submit.y=9

This is the schedule the Swiss RR site [ http://www.sbb.ch/pv/index_e.htm ] shows:
Lauterbrunnen dep 06:05
Interlaken Ost arr 06:25
Interlaken Ost dep 06:39
Bern arr 07:33
Bern dep 08:32 TGV 9284
Paris-Lyon arr 13:21

2 changes and it doesn't leave every day. It looks as if 2 changes is the minimum you will be able to get by with. Since the schedule lists this as the route for Laut.-Paris, there will be enough time to make those connections. In Interlaken, the trains are probably across the track from each other. Check the site for the day you are considering traveling.
