Rail pass/pay extra for IC/EC/trains?
 
I bought a rail pass(second class) and am not sure if I will need to pay extra for the EC IC trains.THis is for travel in Oct. and the Eastern Rail Pass, but am using it for Austria. Thanks,Lisa

No, those trains are covered on the passes. But for any specific questions about specific trains or finding if you should make reservations, etc. you can go to the RailEurope site and email them. They always get back with specific answers withing a day or two.

Your pass covers these trains, and you will not need reservations. If you want reservations get them in Austria for a few bucks.
