Does rail pass include traveling the chunnel from Paris to London?

What rail pass? There are many different sorts. But in general -- no rail passes don't cover the Eurostar

The Interrail/Eurail pass covers Eurostar You need to make a seat reservation.

As does the Eurail pass for non Europeans, since it is the same organisation.
