Why is it that the Europe Forum seems to have more people responding? I post on the United States Forum and I have to wait for such a long time to get responses. Has anyone found that to be true?

Maybe it's because Americans have a much stronger work ethic and are actually doing their jobs vs. posting answers to your silly questions.
