Questions for Travel to London and Paris

Jump to last reply

I will be traveling to London and Paris. I have a few questions:‎

‎1.) Money conversion: Once I get off the plane in London, should I exchange money in the airport? I ‎guess the same question applies in Paris. Once I get off the train (Gare de Nord), where is the closest ‎‎(and best) place to exchange money. I will only have U.S. dollars (and credit card) and will need money ‎to catch the train to my apartment. ‎

‎2.) adapter/converter: I won't have time to order online, so I will need to go to Best Buy or Radio ‎Shack. But which one do I need? I will need to charge my phone and tablet.‎

‎3.) SIM card: I have an Iphone (I have to figure out how to even find the SIM card in the Iphone). A ‎friend told me to get a SIM card for an unlimited data. What type of store would I find this at in ‎London? Drugstores? And do I need another SIM card in Paris?‎
