Question - www.tgv-europe.com
I just booked two tickets on the TGV from Luxemborg to Paris. On the tickets, I accidentally switch our names -- i.e. instead of Bob Smith - I did Smith Bob. Is this going to be problematic? I don't see an edit feature for after the fact. We'll have passports as well as the credit card used to pay for the tickets.

If I were in your shoes, mjz, I would just plead ignorance if challenged on that one!
In my experience, the ticket inspectors just look briefly at my printed out tickets, grunt, and hand them back to me. Di |
Thanks Di. That's what I'm thinking as well.

Don't worry about it. You actually got your names
in the format used by most Europeans anyway. On TGVs between Paris and Amsterdam and Paris and Nice the past couple of years conductors looked at the tickets but not the passports I held out for them. |
Not an issue. Even if the conductor asks for your ID, which they don't always do, he/she will totally understand the mixup and, as noted, will probably see it as normal, as the last name first is European standard.

Thanks everyone. Who knew I was so Euro Chic?!? Lol...
