Question about TAP airlines at London Heathrow

Jump to last reply

I tried this in the airline forum and got no response. Maybe somebody here can help.

We are booked on a separate ticket flight from LHR - LIS after arriving on BA. We have three hours which should be adequate for whatever we need to do. TAP website says that economy passengers get one 115cm bag for carryon. It makes no reference to a personal item like many carriers do.

Does anybody know if they strictly limit you to the one bag or do they allow like a lap top or camera bag as well? I don't have a problem with going out at terminal 5 and back in at terminal 1 to check the bag if necessary but in the event that BA is late would rather have the option of skipping that step and staying airside. Will they do a gate check of the bag if we are running late?

If for any reason I can't check in and print boarding passes before leaving, do they have a courtesy desk after security.

Thanks for any help.
