Question about Florence and Rome for two girls in their 20's...
 

My sister and I are in our early to mid 20's and we will be in Florence and Rome for three days each. Where are some good places to stay that are up to (preferably not above)$200 USD per night that are close to some hot spots.<BR>Also what are some hot spots... ie: clubs, bars, lounges, local hangouts, cool places to see, etc.

hey you guys:<BR><BR>hotel porta rossa on via porta rossa is a good little 3* for value. check it out at: http://www.emmeti.it/Welcome/Toscana/Firenze/Alberghi/PortaRossa/index.uk.html<BR><BR>it is right by the mercato nuevo and a 5 minute walk from the ponte vecchio. check the ponte vecchio out later in the evening. lots of college kids hanging out, clowning around, having a brew. probably a good spot to start figuring out where some good places are. florence is great. save some time for the sights.
