Quaint place to stay in Rome

We will be in Rome June 25-30, 2016, flying in and out of Fiumicino. There will be 5 of us, which includes 3 teens. Would like a place that is convenient to travel back and forth to airport as well as sightseeing. My husband will spend a great deal of time at the Vatican, we do not mind walking.

I would love to find a place where my husband and I can sit on a balcony and enjoy the sights, enjoying a glass of wine before going to sleep.

Our budget is 230 Euros per night, could go more if it is the perfect place. Would like to have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus AC.

I have looked all over AirBnb's and Vbro, but can't find a place with a quaint balcony, is there such a place? I understand it will probably be a bit noisy, but it will be our first time in Rome and this is what I am imagining.

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer.
