Quaint/family run place in Nuremberg?

I'm traveling to Nuremberg at the end of June with my parents for two nights; we're looking for a quaint, charming place to stay. Any advice/tips would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thank you!

We have stayed at several places in Nuremberg over the years but this one is hard to beat and we've now made it our favorite place when there. It's on a quiet street and about as close to the centrum as you'll find. Small, family run, clean, comfortable, nice breakfasts, elevator, car parking ramp 1 block away (discounted for Hotel guests), quaint atmosphere but not pretentious.
The Hotel am Josefplatz is easy to get to if you're driving. Enter via the Further Tor gate in the SW quadrant of the Old Town and drive straight on Schlotfegergasse, then bear right onto Vordledergasse. Hotel is on the left at Josefplatz. This is a PDF map showing location and way to the hotel. See the notes on the map, also.
