cc, I have an AA publishing book called "Village France" that gives self guided walks through and around villages.

Try Backroads or Butterfield and Robinson. Both companies are high end but well worth it. I have used Backroads for walking tours in Italy. Close friends used them for Provence. They provide the lodging, meals and maps. They also provide support during the walks.

Look for them on line.

BCT (British Coastal Trails) used to offer walking tours in Provence and the Dordogne. I enjoyed them.

If you want self-guided, Discover France is very good. And reasonable prices

Hi ccsc,
I have gone on 3 Wayfarers Walks and loved
every minute of it! For me it was the best
possible vacation-great food, interesting
people and very professionally done.
I hope to go again next year. Here is their
website:

Bon chance!
