I remember seeing that you do not have to have a professionally done picture for the Navigo card and that you can print out any old picture on regular paper. As long as the dimensions are correct, it would be acceptable. Is this true? I re-read this thread and did not see that comment so I don't remember where I saw that.

We did exactly that. The photo needs to be 3cm tall by 2.5cm wide.
