public ransport from bergamo to malpensa?
 

is there a "lateral " way to go from bergamo to malpensa without going into milan centrale? (to catch 11 am flight on a sunday, March 27th).

LC - There's a direct bus service run by ZaniViaggi. The 05.30 departure gets you to Malpensa at 07.00.

If that's too early, the best alternative will be the Malpensa Shuttle from Milano Centrale:

thanks a lot, steve. trying to decide whether to base for the two nights in bergamo at "una hotel" for 50 euros/night..and do day trip into milan day 2, or move day 2 to another hotel IN the city of Milan,doing one night each place on this whirlwind trip.

we are flying into bergamo together from spain, but then are each leaving from different airports..at same time.. one from malpensa.. other from bergamo again.

any input?

LC - Personally I find changing hotels for one night too much hassle, so in your shoes I'd choose Plan A.

P.S I expect you know there's a train service from Bergamo to Lake Como if you're interested in that area ...

thanks. i agree. will see what other traveller wants to do since milan was her "choice" destination. i prefer the smaller towns.. and think a day trip there should suffice. no time for como this trip. but bergamo ryan air destination from valencia sure is convenient.
