Public Buses from Nafplio to Gythio
 

I will be travelling around Greece this September. I would appreciate some information on bus schedules & transfers, travel time and bus fares for (1) Nafplio to Gythio and (2) Delphi to Meteora (can I do this by train also). Thanks.
