Provence - wanted villa or mas with pool
 

Anyone know of a good villa or mas with a pool in Provence that might be available from 20th June for 3 weeks?

My holiday plans have gone awry. I´m trawling the net and making phonecalls but a recommendation from someone here would be good. I know I´ll find something - but i´d prefer something very nice and preferably at a good price.

At this late date, recommendations are a waste of time. You need to know what's available. Call all the agencies and ask for their help. (Look at www.slowtrav.com for agency reviews.)

You didn't say how many bedrooms/baths, etc. I just looked at some of the VRBO houses I've saved and a few were available for that time period.

I have found something! Not in the area I was looking for, but to be honest, for this holiday for me, the house fitting the criteria is more important than the location fitting the criteria. And I got a good deal, 3 weeks for 5k instead of 8.5K.

5 beds, pool, airco, big garden etc. We're only four (well 3.5) people so we'll have plenty of space.

Anyway, thanks to all that helped me. I'm looking forward to lying down a lot. Catching up on my reading and doing lots of wine tasting....and there are bikes in the house.......so I can motor home through the vineyards on two wheels.
