Provence Lovers!
Every year on the main Street of St Remy I buy a few books and my calander book (that features photos of Provence) for the coming year.
The Photos are by Gérard Sioen. I read he had a book coming out so I ordered in advance.(amazon)) "Provence, 500 photos" arrived today warming me up on this grey windy day to see the places I have been and those I missed. |

I just discovered this site a few days ago and want to thank you for all your wonderful suggestions. My friend and I are leaving for Provence in two days; second trip to this beautiful area. We're staying near St. Remy at Mas de Fregoli. I'll be looking for Gerard Sioens book to add to the Van Gogh Calendar photos I have all over my office wall! |
It's been greyish here too, Mimi; so I'm having our family room and kitchen painted a Provençal yellow to cheer me up. I'd cut some lavender and bring it in if I thought the cats wouldn't destroy it in a second.
