Provence in April

Hello!
I am looking to plan a trip to Paris and Provence during my stepchildren's spring break next year at the end of May. Based on our great experience in Italy last year, they have said that a pool is non-negotiable. So, I have actually found a place with heated pool for April. But what is the weather like in Provence then? Merci!

April might be on the chilly side; it's always hard to predict the weather in Provence. You might be lucky and have beautiful warm weather.

Be sure that you get assurances that the pool at your hotel is truly heated; pools in Provence are often heated only the the sun, and by April the water could still be cold.

Also, check with the hotel to be sure the pool is open in April. Open and heated would be useful.

Have a great trip.((@))

We've been to Provence in April and I certainly wouldn't call it swimming weather. If that's really important to you, try someplace further south.
