Can I accomplish this in one day ? Les Baux (suppose to go early, according to sources? St, Remy, Arles (Van Gogh sites) and the back to Pond du Gard just to get a peek of it and home to Bonnieux ? Also, we'll be ariving on a Sunday and it sounds like restaurants are closed Sun - Mon, so what to do ? Picnic, eat at apartment ? Thank you so much.

Anything is possible, but after that day you wioll be so exhausted upon arriving back in Bonnieux that you won't have to worry about dinner !

As an aside, most restaurants are open Sundays and many Monday as well. Wednesday is the big day for restaurants to be closed, though you can always find something open in any case.

I agree with kevin - too much for one day.
Stick to two of the choices and enjoy.

Trying to do too much. Visit village markets and grab bread, fruit, cheese, sausage and it will possibly be the best meal you have on the trip! We found Apt, Bonnieux and Roussillon to have the coolest markets. Definitely do go to Les Baux. I'd skip St. Remy and Arles. They are nice enough but it's more relaxing to visit the little villages, in my opinion.

Gordes would be my choic if I had never seen a perché village and 4K north of Gordes you can visit the Abby de Sénanque and you can visit th village of Bories.

I agree you are trying for far too much in one day. I don't necessarily agree about skipping Arles and St.Remy. it all depends on how much time you have during your visit and what you really like. I would not count on Arles for much to see related to Van Gogh but it does have amazing Roman ruins and churches.

If you do go to the Pont du Gard (and I agree w Michelin it is "vaut le voyage") don't shortchange it with just a "peek."

It also depends on what time of the year you will be going there. Les Baux, Pond du Gard, etc. would be so crowded in summer time and it will take awhile just to get there.....if you are trying to do that non-peak season, you may be able to hit up to 3 places you listed.

Both the PonT du Gard and Les Baux would be high on my list of not-to-miss sights, and you could visit both in the course of a day with a stop at St-Rémy in between.
