PROVENCE

Hi! I'm writing a paper (in French, I might add!) about Provence. A couple of things I would like to include are the best places to visit, touring wise, and what some of the best food is. (I'm assuming sea food.....) I'd like to include first-person accounts of what Provence is really like. Thanks so much!

Peter Mayle has several travel essays out describing life in Provence. The second in the series, "Encore Provence" highlights some of his favorite places to eat, shop, etc. in some detail. <BR>j.
