Professional magic shops in Europe?
I collect magical apparatus and am currently planning a trip to Europe (during which I will attempt to acquire some equipment (old or new). I realize this is a rather specialized area but do any of you remember seeing magic shops in Europe? Also, I know there is one across the street from the British Museum (or there used to be). Does anyone know the name of it?

Any and all information will be greatly appreciated.

M&M

Have you contacted the Magic Castle in Los Angeles to ask them your question? I'm not a prestidigitator (sp?), but couple years ago had opportunity to go there for Sunday brunch & afternoon magic shows.

Thanks to both of you.

I actually have tried to contact the Magic Castle but only because I thought I still had contacts there. I guess I'll try again and just do a general inquiry.

Thanks again.

There's a museum of magic in Paris, with a "magicians-only" shop. I'm sure you can find it online.
