Problem contacting Palazzo Ravizza?

Anyone tried to contact the hotel recently? They haven't responded to my online booking form or my email for a week. I haven't had an opportunity to call them, but are they not responding because they are already booked up?

I had the same problem with the same hotel 2 years ago and it did turn out that they were booked. It is hard to say if that is how they operate or a coincidence since they did not tell me why they did not respond. We ended up at the Grand Continental which was very nice but more expensive.

Good Luck!

I have been in constant contact with them since the beginning of January, but I have lost contact with them since last week. I am trying to book a room and can't reach them by email so I'm trying to fax them today. Good Luck.

I tried doing a request in February and never heard back. I did it again a couple weeks later and heard back within days. Happy to say they still had a room avaiable for us in May.

I just heard from them today, they said they were having problems with their computer last week because they were changing software. Anyway, I was trying to book a double for May 28-31, and they said they have a superior double available, but I'm trying to see if they have a loft available, so hopefully I'll hear back from them again soon. Good luck mechie grl, hope you hear back from them soon.

My fiancee tried calling them today but it was already too late and their reservation people were gone. We are going to try again in the morning. I want to reserve for our honeymoon and I am afraid the room they quoted me will be gone by the time I hear from them.

I corresponded with them a few months ago about a loft room. As it turns out, we've decided to skip Tuscany this trip. But if you do stay in the loft, please report back so I can add it to my notes. (We were looking for a twin room.)

I heard back from them via email this morning... computer problems. Thank goodness the room was still available.
