Can someone recommend a tour guide to walk us through the major sites of Athens? Looking for a private or small group experience. Thanks!

One of the best is Home - Athens Walks . They have both group and private tours. Kostas, the owner, is a former Evzone (presidential guard), and his company gets consistently high reviews and travel company awards.

Take a look at PK Travel, they’ll customize your tour however you want. We used them last year for 4 of us, had a great private tour of Athens and 2 of us used them for transportation the following morning to the airport. We were more than pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to refer or use them in the future.
