Hi there, we are 2 women going to Italy the end of September. We are looking for a person as opposed to one of the companies that someone has used for a driver. We would like he/she to speak englinh and not smoke. Does anyone have someone they used they could recomend. We would like to get one price for our whole itinerary. Thanks for your help!

We used this company last year and we were satisfied.
Gennaro (no smoke)was our driver,he (english speaking) was perfect.

I did contact Sorrento Limo but they were more than we wanted to pay that is why we thought maybe someone would have the car of a local person rather than a company. Our itinerary is as follows Rome to Sorrento, 2 days later Sorrento to Florence, 2 days later Florence to Venice and 3 days later Venice to Rome.
We would like to stop at Pompeii and Pisa. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a reason you don't want to go by train? These are easy connections.

The only place I think that you would want a driver is to get fom Naples to Sorrento and back.

What you really seem to be asking for is a private courier - not just a car with driver to connect two points. You're not going to be able to get a single driver to do that trip unless you pay them for all of those days - not just travel days - and put them up in a hotel. Or you're going to need to engage a different driver for each leg of the trip - and pay for their return to their home city.

This will be a very expensive proposition. I agree wth Ira - why not go by trian? Or rent a car?
