Privacy Policy

What if people don't want to be mentioned in other peoples posts? I would be pretty embarassed to have other people talk about me here.

Could you please tell me where the privacy policy is? I'd like to read it. And, I do agree with you.

Faina Nov 22nd, 2002 01:29 PM

Is it me feeling tired by the end of th week or is it the question posted so it's hard to understand. Can somebody please, pleeaaaaase explain what "privacy" wants from us?

no Nov 22nd, 2002 01:33 PM

Well, there you go. Faina is already mentioning your name!

Marilyn Nov 22nd, 2002 01:33 PM

Faina, Privacy does not want to be talked about on this forum. Little danger of that, I would say...Better to worry about the earth being struck by a large asteroid causing us all to go the way of the dinosaurs.

Faina Nov 22nd, 2002 01:42 PM

So why s/he is posting if s/he doesn't want his/her name to be mentioned? Or is it a troll post I'm taking too seriously?

No name Nov 22nd, 2002 02:28 PM

If they say good things about me, they can talk about me all day!

Interesting Nov 22nd, 2002 10:08 PM

....and if they said bad things or made up stories or gave flse information. We have a point here could someone refuse to be mentioned her in public?

Hi Privacy,

I'm afraid that once you have posted to an open forum, you can be mentioned in the text of someone else's posting.

Unfortunately, some people are rude, but that's life.
