Princes Islands - Turkey
 

Looking for suggestions on the best accomodations on the Princes islands? Budget per night is around 250 USD. We will be there at the end of August for 1 night two full days. Looking to stay on the beach. Thanks!

There is a tiny beach on Buyukada.

The Splendid Palas has a swimming pool.

Have only been to Buyukada. This is the big island of the Princes' Islands.

The other islands are tiny.

This is the last place I would go for a beach holiday.

Why don't you fly to Santorini or Cyprus instead?

Its not really for a beach holiday. We will be in Istanbul for 4 days and figure this would be a good place to go for a night? Seems like its easy to get to for a quick overnight. We are headed to Portofino Italy for a wedding after Istanbul. Any other day trip suggestions for an overnight while in Istanbul? Just looking to mix it up and not spend a ton of time traveling.

I would just stay in Istanbul.

It is a very beautiful city.

Stay on the Bosphorus for even a more beautiful night, although there are very few hotels on the sea or with views within your budget.

What about a beach town on the Black Sea that's relatively close to istanbul? Sile? Thanks, Dan
