Priceline and Paris Airport Hotel
Hi,
I need a CDG airport hotel for one March night in Paris. The Sheraton in T2 is a perfect, but pricey, option. Has anyone had success getting it for a reasonable sum via Priceline? Thanks |
Oops, sorry for the double post. I thought the first had been lost!
|
Yes, I recently scored the Sheraton CDG for $90/night (U.S.). Of course, you won't know that you've gotten the Sheraton until your bid's accepted. I don't know how many 4 stars there are in the CDG zone---check betterbidding.com and biddingfortravel.com to see what people have been getting lately.

I have won this hotel 3-4 times on Priceline for the airport. It's really nice. I think that I have paid between $90-100.
Go for it, it's a (almost)sure bet! |
I have been resistant to bidding on a 4 star at CDG anymore since reading that someone got a hotel WAY far away with no shuttle.
Check out hotwire and see if they are offfering a 4 star . you may be able to identify it using www.betterbidding.com website. also, by reading recent posts you may see what is coming up and feel more confident. |

There is a long thread on biddingfortravel about not bidding 3* at CDG. Can you remember where you read about not bidding 4*? Thanks |
you are absolutely right! So sorry.
This is a relief for me! I don't know why I thought it was a 4* .. perhaps I started at 4*, did not get accepted and was considering lowering my star level until I saw that. Thanks for the heads up. |
