Prepaid SIM Cards - France, Switzerland & Italy
We will be in Paris,Interlaken, Venice & Rome for a 17 days holiday. We are looking for a Prepaid SIM card with data. 1 Gb should suffice as this data will be used only on the go. Heavier data usage will be in hotel/apartment wifi and we will carry offline maps downloaded in advance.
For the sake of convenience, we thought of getting the "Mobicarte Holiday" from Orange, use it in Paris and continue using it in swiss/italy till the 14 day validity. Our regular postpaid mobile connections (from India) will also be available on International Roaming (only voice calls) for emergency.

It may not be the cheapest but expecting better quality of service.
Is this a correct choice or other options like Lyca/lebara etc should also be explored?
Or should we get a SIM at every place? Since the stays are short, this may not be a very convenient option.
