PrePaid Sim cards

Another travel prep question. We have an unlocked cell phone, and we are planning on getting a sim card so that we can actually call home or contact our other trip companions while in Europe. We will be in Budapest, Rome and Paris, and I'd like to get a card that will work in all three cities. Does anyone know what frequency Hungary operates on? Also, any suggestions on a website to buy a sim card from? There are so many that its hard to wade through the masses and find a reputable company. Thanks!

I've used Telestial twice with good results.

I almost bought the Telestial Passport global sim card. Instead, I went on ebay and found someone selling global sims from a company called "ekit".
Their Passport SIM is identical to that of Telestial (rates, coverage), except that it only cost me $19 instead of $50. Ekit also has a website like Telestial, but the card there is $60.
I used it last month in Rome and at the airport in Munich. I even tested it in the US before I left. It worked perfectly every time.

I've used http://callineurope.com/ many times and can assure you that the results are very good.

My daughter had a ekit card provided by a teen tour and it worked perfectly. You can go directly to ekit.com to view what they sell.
