Are prem train tickets available in Spain as they are in France?

You can purchase discounted tickets on some trains in Spain, but online only.

From my experience, the Prem fares in France are a thing of the pass since you purchase tickets at Oui.sncf. The Oui app works quite well.

no, that's a French SNCF promotional term. Presuming you mean that question literally, does Spain use that term. I also think SNCF doesn't use it any more for some reason (I used to know what it stood for, I think short for Premier).

If you really want to know if they have advance purchase discounts, maybe ask that.

and for certain times of the day or dates. Or not at all.
