PREM price discrepancy
 

Another post about SNCF and PREM fares. I booked a PREM ticket for Barcelona to Paris - I was charged 69E as noted by the website and then charged to my credit card BUT when I FINALLY printed them out (after multiple problems!) on the face of the ticket it states the price as 34.50 EUR. Any idea what this is about??? I thought I booked a T4 sleeper - it is on the ELIPSOS Trenhotel - now I am wonderding if I have ended up with a reclining seat?

69€ for two tickets at 34.50€ each?

The price was 138E total for two tickets (69E each one) but on the face of the ticket it says 34.50 euros - yes, double that and it is 69E but the website has the price of ONE ticket at 69E PREM fare so why on the face of the ticket it has 34.50 EUR makes no sense to me. Am I confusing you?? This whole process has been very taxing - I have done it in the past with little problem!!

Were you charged the correct amount?

If you are taking the 21:05 out of BARCELONA FRANCA, the train has only T4 sleepers.

My experience is that the price on the web site is for the total according to the number of persons specified.
