I dined in Au Bon Accueil on Monday night and had a superb meal. It was quite crowded with a decent buzz. The starters in particular were very impressive. I intended to go to Clos des Gourmet for lunch on Tuesday but didn't have time; the menu was €23 which looked to be incredible value for what was on offer. I would also recommend Le Bouquineste on Quai des Grande Augistines where lunch was superb.

we will be there the first week in may too. it will be our third time to paris but last time we were there was 4 years ago. bon accueil has disappointed us twice. chez eux in the 7th is not to be missed. the cassoulet is amazing. it is our favotite place to eat. also, last time we were there we dined at astrance. it is a bit more expensive now ($150 pp) but you get about 15 courses and wine to accompany the meal. it was amazing and we hope to return.

Here are a couple of links to reviews of Pre Verre. The French ones are a bit mixed. I walked by it last month and it looked nice ... it's very close to The Cluny so convenient in that way.

A piece of history. Our first night in Paris back in 1992 we were staying at the Jardin de Cluny just down the block and asked the desk for a dinner recco -- they sent us to a new restaurant at that corner called Table of theHarmonies" It was our best meal. I wonder how many restos have occupied that corber since then!
