Praino to Venice- Help
 

We will be leaving Praino on Sunday 9/6 back to Naples airport for a one way flight to Vencie airport. The flight is schedule to leave at 11:20 am. If we do not take a private transfer, what is the best way to arrive at the airport. Train, Bus, ferry? Since the flight is at 11:20, I would think we would not have to leave super early, maybe 7:30 am. Does that sound reasonable? Also, I am not sure how fast the flights within the country book up. Do you suggest we purchase our Air One tickets as soon as possible. TY

You want to book your airline tickets as early as possible.

To get to the airport by public transportation, take the SITA bus to Sorrento, and the Curreri bus to the NAP. http://www.curreriviaggi.it/

I think that you will have to get the 06:30 bus from Sorrento. The 08:30 arrives at 10:00.

I have heard that the Naples airport is small, but assuming from your response that arriving on the Curreri at 10am is cutting it to close for my 11:20 departure. How early should I be at the airport for my 11:20 departure on Air One? Any suggestions for nice moderate priced B&B or hotel in Naples? I am assuming that I don't need to be real close to the Naples airport as I should be able to travel that morning from any Naples lodging option w/o getting up to early. TY

You might be able to take the 08:30 bus.

The Air One web site wants you to check in no less than 0:25 hr before the flight.
