Prague - Zurich - advice on itinerary

Hi everyone... I have 2 weeks in my travel plans to travel from Prague through to Zurich next May / June. I am after your advice on the amount of time I plan to spend in each place. When I reach Zurich I am joining an organised tour of Switzerland. I am keen to take Prague in especially, and do not want to rush my time there. Any advice regarding length of time in destinations, train travel, places to visit, places to stay... all much appreciated.
My plans are as follows...

Prague (6 nights)
Prague - Cesky Krumlov (2 nights)
Cesky Krumlov - Vienna (4 nights)
Vienna - Salzberg (2 nights)
Salzberg - Zurich (2 days in Zurich before tour starts)

Thanks everyone :)

Cathy

This is where I stayed in prague and it was brilliant. Better than a hotel by a long shot!!! Check my website.

I would take one night off Prague and add it to the 4 nights in Vienna.

This kinda proves that we all have different ideas & tastes regarding travel. Michael advises a night more in Vienna. We were in Vienna a couple of years ago & were very disappointed with what there was to see. After 2 days we changed our plans & headed to Budapest which we loved so I would take a day at least a day off for Vienna, not add it on, but as I've said we're all different.
I'm sure you'll love Salzburg & Prague, however 2 days in Zurich is too much. The only thing you can do in Zurich is shop on the Banhofstrasse.

I agree about Zurich but you can always take day trips to: Appenzell, Ascona or Lugano, Mt. Rigi, Einsiedeln, etc.
