I did this trip by train on the way there. Big mistake. Train was late, couldn't make bus connection on to Cesky Krumlov. We had to take a taxi or wait until 10:30pm for next bus. Taxi was NOT cheap (about $40). If I were to do it again, I would definitely take the bus from Prague. We used the information centre in Cesky Krumlov to book a BUS ticket back to Prague. Was very easy. Dropped us off on the red line in Prague (stop that started with an R). We LOVED Cesky Krumlov; will definitely go back.
