Prague River Cruise
 

Has anyone tried the Prague river cruises - either lunch or dinner?

I did a dinner cruise a few years ago in the paddle steamer VLTAVA (www.paroplavba.cz). It was an opportunity to go on an interesting ship, but the dinner was nothing special, to put it politely. There are numerous sightseeing cruises on the river every day, and it's probably better to do one of these and then have dinner in a restaurant. There's no point in worrying about it before you get there - wait till you see the city, then decide.

The summer of 2003 we were on a lunch cruise and a passing boat of 2 young couples were buck naked.My 9 year old son said look at that dad.There were many other boats around on a beautiful day all getting an eyeful.

That's interesting! We did an afternoon cruise about 3 years ago and there was a group of naked people on the far shore - apparently on a photo shoot - they had all the right professional level photo - but the models were distincly naked, Perhaps this is just a Prague thing.

No turn around but about 5 minutes later a police boat passed us in the direction of the nudists.
