Isle of Mull B&B

Anyone out there have a recommendation for a B&B on the Isle of Mull? We'd like to stay in or near Tobermory.

Do you have the actual name of it? Google didn't find it. Is it a B&B or hotel? Thanks, Sheila

Hi njc,

Sorry I can't give any personal recommendations, but here's a link to a website which might help. If you scroll down near the bottom you'll find a section on accomodation.

http://www.holidaymull.org/mullindx.html

I was going to recommend Fairways Lodge which was a wonderful B&B, but it look as though it is now only possible to rent the entire house on a self-catering basis. I have also stayed at the MacDonald Arms on Tobermory Harbour which is in a lovely position but was pretty basic inside.

Hope this helps,

Jim

It's called the Harbour Guest House, and it's a B&B.
I googled and I found it (20 minutes later)

"Harbour Guest House
59 Main Street, Tobermory, Isle of Mull, Argyll and Bute, PA75 6NT.
Tel: 01688 302209. Fax: 01688 302750.
En-suite facilities available. TV in all rooms. Tea and coffee making facilities. Ironing facilities. Hairdryer available. Children welcome. Parking available. Disabled access. Credit cards accepted. Dogs welcome by arrangement."

Thanks, Sheila. I've sent inquiries to Harbour House as well as five others.
