Prague Folklore dinner party
Hi Fellow Fodorites,
It will be our first time travelling to Prague as a family and I've seen a Prague Folklore dinner party that is available on Friday / Saturday nights which looks like loads of fun. Included in the evening is: meals, drinks & live music / dancing . . Czech style. We would love to do something like this but we wont be in Prague on a weekend (will be there Mon / Tue / Wed nights). Does anybody know of anwhere in Prague that offers this type of experience all through the week (& not just weekends)? Thanks :) |

if it is this one you are talking about then yes,it is very good and the food is pretty good too.they used to do it other days of the week, maybe just not the buisness for it now. http://www.folkloregarden.cz/ I have been to this place too, last time about 3 years ago and i really liked it,the food was much more "rustic" but pretty good and the floor show was excellent. As an alterantive this place is very good http://www.pastyrka.cz/en/live-music/ it is a resturant that has live music every night and si=ome nights a floor show. It looks prettu crap from the outside but inside it is great and the food is cooked on an open grill and is very good,it has been a while since i was in there but I keep hearing good reports about it so might be worth a try. |
This is fabulous timing as I have just started to research activities in Prague. Thank you unclegus.

Prague is a great city,i travel there once, twice and sometimes 3 times a year,my last visit was for the Czech beer festival last month and my next visit is in october to go pub crawling with some friends, but I do indulge in many of the tourist activities too.
