Prague apartment questions?

Jump to last reply

Any thoughts about the following apartments? I am particularly interested in a central location. We are a group of 4 - 2 kids and 2 moms, so would like to be central, but not in the middle of a bar tour.

Some of my wishes: 2 bedrooms required; 2 baths preferred but not a deal-breaker; internet; air conditioning preferred; washing machine preferred. I will not rent an apartment with 0 reviews. Prefer to pay with a credit card rather than cash at arrival.

All of these are in my budget. Obviously, I'd rather spend less than more, but they are all pretty close.

- lots of good reviews, slightly odd layout. why so much cheaper than other apartments?

- less character, good location, might be over budget when looking at weekend nights.

- location on edge of Old Town?; only 2 reviews?

- only 1 review?

- great location, bland furnishings. love the idea of a terrace, although it is pretty bare.

- located across the river. too far removed from restaurants, etc? only 1 review?

#3, 4, and 6 appear to be the same property management company with very minimal reviews. I have to go back and double check stairs vs. elevators and floors - one of us is getting over a health issue and if we are on the 5th floor with no elevator, it might be problematic.

thoughts? feedback? all appreciated...
