Prague and Budapest Tour Ideas?

I would like to spend two-three days in both Prague and Budapest, but I think I would rather have a package deal with a guide or a group. Anyone know anything like this? My travel time will be in mid-late July. I'll be staying for a week in Vienna and would like to go from there.

Khal-have you ever looked at Paul Laifer Tours? They specialize in central Europe, and are very highly regarded, also well-priced. Here's their website:

We did a Budapest-Vienna-Prague tour with Gate1 Travel a couple of years ago. Although we booked our tours in advance with them, we found that in each city center there were dozens of comparable tours available, often at less cost than we had paid through Gate1, and none of the tours we took were only Gate1 travelers. You might look at their website for this tour to see what they offer. We also found that we spent too much of our limited time doing these day trips and didn't have enough time to really explore the cities. I do highly recommend the tour of Terazin concentration camp; it was extremely moving.

You might like a riverboat cruise-tour from Vienna. Check Grand Circle Travel. Also Vantage Travel. We've been on ships by both. Land tours are included. Clean new ships, good food, maybe 100 fellow passengers.
