I did 3 days in Prague and it was amazing! For me 3 days are more than enough to see the all main things there and to enjoy in this great city. You should go on the top of the hill to see St. Vitus Cathedral crossing the Charles Bridge. Try to find out some good spot or pub where you can try all kinds of Czech beers and of course do not miss to sit in different city parks around center.
