Prada Outlet in Milan

I have been instructed by co-workers to vist the Prada outlet store in Milan and pick up a few things. Can someone please confirm that there is a Prada outlet and provide an address or directions from the Duomo? I have also heard that the merchandise is not factory seconds like US outlet stores, but are just last season's merchandise. True?

Hi, Todd! In Milan, you should make it a point to see the Prada boutique located at Galleria Vittoria Emanuele. But I do not know of any Prada outlet in Milan.
What I know is that there is one outside of Florence. A friend of mine mentioned the name of the factory:
I Pellettieri d'Italia
Localita Levanella, Montevarchi
Closed on Sundays
Hours: 9 am-12:30 pm/3 pm-7 pm
Tel. 055/978-9188
Montevarchi is located outside Arezzo. Arezzo is an hour away from Florence or Rome by train. (between the 2 cities)
Heard this shop sells other brands as well but mostly Prada. Just cannot confirm whether their stocks are just from last season's. But they are indeed cheaper. Don't know if it's worth going there, though. Hope this info helps.
