You will most likely need a plug adapter only assuming your transformers accept 22vac inputs which most do.

Take a look at purchasing a powerstrip made for both 110 and 220 applications. These are modular meaning you can attach any type plug you might need as well as swap cords according to local requirements. They are particularly good as most hotels have very limited available plug in points.

You can use your usb cord for your Blackberry to charge it via the computer. It's the same one you use to move pictures. It is slower, but will give it a full charge overnight. Some computers have to be booted up to charge via the USB.

You won't need a "cord" adapter, but the modular plug that Sarastro mentions above is necessary. You might check with Travelsmith or one of the gadget stores like the ones in the mall.

Good luck!

Just spoke with the folks at the Apple store yesterday. All Apple devices can accept 120 or 220 volts as long as you are charging them with the standard Apple chargers. You will still need an adapter to fit the European wall plugs. Apple sells a world traveler adapter kit for $40.

Apple sells a world traveler adapter kit for $40. Frys, Walmart, Radio Shack and many other locations sell adapters for Europe for as little as $2 - $5.

Save your $35-$38 to spend on something else expensive from Apple.

You can buy an alternate plug, fits on the regular plug but goes into a French socket, for about 50 cents. Almost all portable electronics are dual voltage, says so in tiny raised print on the back (220/110)or in the instruction booklet, or if you don't have that, an internet search for the owner's manual, so you don't need a transformer, just a plug that fits on your regular charger. Do a search here and you will find several threads that explain it very well.
