Yes, you are going to regret missing Évora. But then, with only 6 days ... you are going to regret missing a lot in the places you will visit, too!

I have never stayed at the Pousada at Viana de Costelo but I have been on the grounds which are beautiful with great ocean views.ocean. If I go back to Northern Portugal I would definitely blow my budget and try to stay there.

Thanks all! We are doing what we can with the time we have. But I'm sure we'll be making plans to spend a few months there after the kids go to college!

We have been to Eze in France and Erice in Sicily. Is Evora similar to those?
