On my list is a trip to Normandy but because I travel solo hadn't gotten around to it. I think a cruise might be the way to go on this trip.

Thanks for the recommendation, Steve! Michel likes his SUndays off too! We are only in Toulouse on a Sunday evening, and Emile's, Michel Sarran, and numerous others (even Au Pere Louis, which i first thought was an exception) are closed "le dimanche."
