Postage from Italy

Can anyone tell me how to purchase Italian postage in the US. I live in Missouri and am sending some letters to Italy. I'm hoping for a response from my letters (genealogy) so I would like to enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope back to me.
Thanks, Judy

You go to the post office in your fair town and buy some International Reply Coupons that you send to Italy and they take it to their post office and get in turn stamps of a value to send to the U.S.

this is how it has long been done but have not checked recently if it is still that way - but call p o at least and see.

Hi all,

Just a note, I went to the post office to buy these Reply Coupons and they do not carry. So thanks for the web address - I ordered 20 from there.
