We had a great visit at the Rock of Cashel. Very interesting. We didn't have time to make the walk to the abbey that was in the distance, but that would have been cool.

Cahir Castle was our favorite castle of all the ones we saw... and we saw many! There were many crooks and crannies, towers, etc to explore.

The Craggenouwen Project was another favorite. That is in Bunratty, over by Shannon... a beautiful walk through a forested area.

I was there with my two daughters in early June and we had a great time.

We will have to check out the Loop Head drive, sounds beautiful! I just can't wait to go now!
