Possible Catastrophe -- The Wolseley in Trouble?
Forget all those threads about the royal family squabbles and Prince Andrew's alleged criminal behavior, this is really important: The Wolseley owners are being forced into "administration." What does that mean? Are they able to stay in business and reorganize or what? It's one of my favorite breakfast places. The Delaunay and other restaurants are mentioned, as well.

That article is behind a pay wall but I've read articles with lots of details about this in the Telegraph, the Times and the Guardian.
It is a dispute between Corbin & King and their main investor. No issues re any of their restaurants closing. In short mostly an internal dispute about whether to expand globally or not.
